Hi, I’m Finn Carey. I’m an American-Australian student living in Eden Prairie MN. I have a love for being behind a camera and specifically filmmaking. I have run my small business Finn Carey Films since 2021 and have created professional video content for a range of companies and businesses. I also work in the cinema side of Gopher Digital Productions, a group that shoots for all Gopher Athletics.
In 2019 I entered the NextWave Film Festival for a school drama assignment. I was lucky enough to be shortlisted for the Best-Film award and won the Best-Editor award at the event. This sparked my interest in filmmaking inspiring me to continue to make short films for myself, creating videos for school projects and into the future, client work.

My short film Pharmakeia was nominated for ON-Stage, an event recognizing the best HSC Drama works in the state. My film was one of three in the state that attained a perfect score.
